As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons

• Work with pupils 1:1 or in small groups

• Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment

• Support students' learning, confidence, and development every day

No two days are the same, and you'll be making a direct impact on pupils' educational journeys.

✅ Essential Requirements

To apply for this role, you must have:

• UK school experience (essential) - must have worked in a UK school environment

• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

• Must live in High Wycombe or Chesham

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A caring, professional, and proactive attitude

• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
