No previous experience in special educational needs (SEN)? That's fine! If you're patient, empathetic, and passionate about working in education, full training will be provided.

Your Role as a Teacher Assistant

As a SEN Teacher Assistant in this setting, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Autism
• Help pupils access learning in a way that suits their needs
• Encourage confidence, independence, and personal development
• Work alongside teachers, therapists, and other staff in a collaborative environment
