Pay: £95 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

Are you a compassionate, patient, and motivated individual with a passion for supporting children with additional needs?
A welcoming mainstream primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team and provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASD, ADHD, and challenging behaviour.

The Role:

• Support children with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and behavioural difficulties

• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to implement individual learning and behaviour plans

• Provide tailored support to help pupils engage in learning and develop social and emotional skills

• Create a calm, inclusive, and positive environment for all learners

The Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting (essential)

• Strong understanding of autism, ADHD, and behaviour management strategies

• Patient, resilient, and able to remain calm under pressure

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for helping every child succeed
