They are ideally looking for someone with a degree in any subject with a strong academic background. The selected candidate will ideally have previous experience working with children as well as children with complex needs - this does not have to be in a school setting.

• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to build a good rapport with both pupils and parents.
• A good understanding of Literacy and Numeracy.
