Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time (Term Time Only)

We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in Cambridgeshire. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other special educational needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with autism and a range of additional needs, both in and out of the classroom
- Work closely with teachers and SENCO to deliver tailored learning plans
- Help to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Foster positive relationships with pupils to support their social and emotional development
- Provide personal care support when required
What we are looking For:
- Proven experience working with children with autism and other special educational needs
- A calm, empathetic and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools) are desirable but not essential
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
Safeguarding Requirement:
