The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEND Teacher to join our team. You will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to students' individual learning needs.

  • Use a range of innovative teaching strategies to support students with diverse learning abilities.

  • Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic development.

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to EHCP reviews.

  • Create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching students with SEND, preferably in a special school or inclusive setting.

  • Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, interventions, and the SEND Code of Practice.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • A patient, compassionate, and resilient approach to teaching.
