📍 Location: Gravesend
💼 Role: SEND Teaching Assistant (Specialising in ASD and Complex Needs)
💰 Pay: £85 - £105 per day

We're seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from January 2025.

What You'll Be Doing:
Providing 1:1 and group support to pupils with ASD and complex needs
Assisting with personalised lesson delivery, tailored to individual learning plans
Helping maintain a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
Supporting behavioural strategies and encouraging positive engagement
Collaborating with teaching staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
Delivering personal care when required, with dignity and empathy
Encouraging the development of key life skills and independence
Who We're Looking For:
Experience supporting children with SEND is highly desirable
A caring, patient, and resilient nature with a genuine passion for helping children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and undertake training (experience with PECS, Makaton, or sensory strategies is a bonus)
Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced school environment
