About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND.
  • Assist the class teacher with adapting lessons and activities to meet individual needs.

  • Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to provide consistent support.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working with children (essential).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, resilience, and a caring approach.
  • SEND-specialist training is desirable, but full training can be offered to the right candidate.
