Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about helping every child reach their full potential? We're looking for a dedicated and caring Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and inclusive team supporting children with special educational needs.

You'll work closely with teachers and therapists to provide individualised support that helps our students thrive - both academically and personally. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys making a real difference every day.

About the role

• Supporting students in lessons, helping them to engage and achieve their learning goals

• Working one-to-one or in small groups to develop confidence, communication, and independence

• Assisting with personal care and wellbeing needs where required

• Collaborating with teachers and specialists to deliver creative, tailored learning experiences

• Contributing to a safe, positive, and nurturing school environment

About you

• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people

• Patient, compassionate, and resilient

• A team player who's willing to learn and grow

• Experience working with children or young people with additional needs (desirable but not essential)

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
