Pay: £88.92 - £100.53 per day (dependent on payroll choice)

The Role
Are you a recent Sports Graduate looking to make a difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sports and education to join our team.
As a Sports Graduate, you will:
- Use your expertise in sports to engage students in physical activities that promote teamwork, confidence, and well-being.
- Support students in both academic and vocational settings, helping them achieve their goals.
- Build strong, positive relationships with students to support their personal development.
- Deliver small group and one-to-one activities focused on sports, fitness, and healthy living.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
About You
You are a passionate and proactive individual with a background in sports. You should:
- Hold a degree in sports science, physical education, or a related field.
- Have experience working with young people, particularly those with SEND or additional needs (desirable but not essential).
- Be patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with students.
- Be enthusiastic about using sports as a tool to inspire and engage young people.
