Key Responsibilities
Delivering engaging lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher.
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Following lesson plans provided or adapting quickly to new teaching scenarios.
Supporting pupils' learning and maintaining high educational standards.
Collaborating with school staff to ensure seamless cover for planned or unplanned absences.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching in UK schools (preferably across multiple key stages).
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different settings.
A passion for teaching and inspiring students of all ages and abilities.
Flexibility and reliability to take on short-notice bookings when needed.
