About the Role:

• Location: Primary schools across Lincoln

• Nature: Day-to-day and short-term supply cover

• Focus: Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

Requirements:

• A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification or at least 6 months of experience in a similar role

• A positive, supportive, and flexible approach to working with children

• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and follow teacher direction

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
