Simply Education is working with a range of primary schools in Spilsby to recruit dedicated and flexible Supply Teachers. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, want to experience different school environments, and are looking for either short-term daily cover or longer-term placements.

The Role:

  • Provide high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure learning continues smoothly in the teacher's absence

  • Adapt to different school settings and year groups with confidence

  • Create a positive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive

  • Work collaboratively with school staff to support children's learning and development

Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent

  • Recent experience of teaching in a primary school setting

  • Flexibility, resilience, and a positive approach to supply work

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
