About the Role:
Simply Education is recruiting flexible and passionate Supply Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in the Grantham area. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to support children's learning while enjoying the flexibility of supply work.

You will work alongside class teachers to support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities

• Provide support to individual pupils or small groups

• Encourage positive behaviour and help maintain a focused classroom environment

• Support children with additional needs where required

• Contribute to pupils' progress and wellbeing

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (school, nursery, clubs etc.)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Adaptability and reliability

• A passion for supporting children's learning and development
