Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
• Provide general classroom support to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
• Support pupils with varying needs, helping them to thrive academically and personally.
• Help with planning and preparing classroom activities as required.
• Supervise pupils during break times and extracurricular activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Assist in the preparation and organisation of classroom resources and displays.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working in a school setting is beneficial but not essential.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about working with children.
• Interest in pastoral care and pupil well-being.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training provided by the school.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to supporting staff and pupils.
• A commitment to upholding the values and ethos of the school.
