- Annual Salary: £22,102.72 - £24,103.93
About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting and developing their students, helping them achieve success in a safe and nurturing learning environment. You'll work closely with students to foster independence and self-confidence, whether through 1:1 support or small group learning. Flexibility, creativity, and positivity are key to this role, alongside a commitment to promoting positive behaviours and self-regulation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students' learning and independence.
- Assist in planning, preparation, and evaluation of education programmes.
- Record and report on student progress accurately.
- Encourage independence and social skills development.
- Follow safeguarding and health and safety protocols.
- Promote positive behaviours and self-regulation.
About You
No prior experience is necessary, they looking for individuals with the right attitude and a genuine desire to build trusted, professional relationships with young people.
Key Qualities:
- Full UK driving licence with access to your own car.
- Level 2 (or equivalent) qualifications in Maths and English.
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Positive, creative, and adaptable in meeting student needs.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication, numeracy, and ICT skills.
