Teaching Assistant - Lincoln

Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term / Supply
Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (dependent on experience and role)

We are always recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in the Lincoln area.

Whether you're experienced in education or looking to start your journey in a classroom setting, we have a variety of roles to suit your skills, experience, and availability.

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

• Work one-to-one or with small groups to enhance learning and development

• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

• Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Encourage pupils' confidence, progress, and wellbeing

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (preferred)

• A caring, proactive, and patient approach to supporting learning

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent (desirable but not essential)

• A genuine passion for education and helping children achieve their best
