Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education and provide additional help to students who need it. This role requires patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping young people thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities.

• Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.

• Prepare and organize classroom resources and materials.

• Supervise students during lessons, breaks, and extracurricular activities.

• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

• Assist in monitoring and reporting student progress.

Person Specification:

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

• Flexibility to adapt to different classroom situations.

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, GCSEs in English and Maths) are advantageous.
