About the Role As a Teaching Assistant in Stafford, you will play a key role in creating a positive learning experience for pupils across a range of ages and abilities. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting classroom learning by working closely with teachers to deliver engaging activities

• Providing one‑to‑one or small‑group support for pupils who may need additional guidance
