Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Contract: Supply, Part-Time & Long-Term, Temp to perm positions
Pay: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Newark-on-Trent and surrounding areas

Simply Education is working with a range of welcoming primary schools across Newark-on-Trent and the surrounding areas, and is recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic teaching assistants for day-to-day supply, part-time, and long-term roles.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teaching assistants, as well as those looking to gain valuable experience in primary education.

Duties:

• Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Work with small groups and provide one-to-one support to pupils
• Assist pupils with varying abilities, including those with SEND
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
• Support with classroom preparation and general school duties

• Experience working with children in a primary school setting (preferred)
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and professional attitude
• A passion for supporting children's learning and development
