We are actively recruiting passionate Teaching Assistants with SEN experience to join a wide range of wonderful schools starting January 2026. With flexible day-to-day roles, long-term placements, and permanent positions available, we can help you find the perfect fit for your career goals.

🌟 What We Need From You:

✔ Minimum 1 year of UK school experience (essential)
✔ Proven experience supporting pupils with SEN - including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD/SLD, speech & language needs, or complex learning needs
✔ A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
✔ Confidence in supporting learning both 1:1 and in small groups
✔ Strong communication and behaviour management skills
✔ Ability to adapt quickly within different classroom settings
✔ An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
