Year 1 Teacher - Lincoln Area
Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term / Supply

Pay: £115 - £140 per day (depending on Experince and role)

We are continuously recruiting enthusiastic, committed, and creative Year 1 Teachers to support primary schools across the Lincoln area. If you are passionate about early learning, confident in delivering an engaging KS1 curriculum, and dedicated to helping young learners thrive, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching aligned to the KS1 curriculum, with a focus on phonics, early literacy, and numeracy.

• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

• Adapt teaching methods to meet varying learning needs and promote pupil progress.

• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.

• Assess, track, and report on learning outcomes effectively.

• Maintain excellent behaviour management and uphold safeguarding standards.

What We Look For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT status.

• Strong knowledge of Year 1 curriculum.

• Confident classroom management and the ability to inspire young learners.

• Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive approach.

• A genuine passion for working within primary education.
