Year 3/4 Class Teacher - Lincoln

Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term / Supply
Pay Rate: £115 - £140 per day (dependant on role and experience)

Simply Education is always recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3/4 Class Teachers to work with a range of welcoming primary schools across the Lincoln area. If you enjoy teaching lower Key Stage 2 and supporting mixed-age classes, we have flexible roles to suit your experience and availability.

• Teach a mixed Year 3/4 class using creative, engaging, and inspiring approaches

• Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment

• Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of both year groups

• Assess and track pupil progress, ensuring all learners thrive

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents

• Holds QTS or is completing ECT induction

• Confident delivering the KS2 curriculum, particularly Years 3 and 4

• Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills

• Adaptable, creative, and committed to high teaching standards

• Passionate about guiding and motivating young learners
