1:1 Teaching Assistant - Grantham

Location: Grantham and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term / Supply
Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (depending on experience and role)

Simply Education is always recruiting caring and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils in primary schools across the Grantham area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child's educational journey by providing personalised, focused support.

• Work on a 1:1 basis with pupils who may have additional learning needs or require extra support

• Assist in delivering tailored learning activities set by the class teacher or SENCO

• Encourage pupils' confidence, participation, and independence

• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Work closely with teaching staff and parents to support progress and development

• Experience supporting children in a school or SEN setting (desirable)

• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing

• Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 (preferred but not essential)

• Opportunities in a range of supportive primary schools

• Ongoing professional guidance and development from your consultant
