Contract Type: Day-to-day, part-time and long-term placements
Salary: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (dependent on experience)
Suitable for: Experienced TAs, SEN TAs, support staff, and aspiring teachers

Simply Education are currently recruiting committed 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils within primary schools across the Grantham area.

This rewarding role involves working closely with individual children who may need additional academic, behavioural, or SEN support, helping them to build confidence, stay engaged, and achieve their full potential in the classroom.

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide dedicated one-to-one support throughout the school day

• Adapt learning activities to meet individual pupil needs

• Support children with additional learning needs

• Encourage positive behaviour and classroom engagement

• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO

• Build strong, supportive relationships to promote progress

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting

• A patient, calm and nurturing approach

• Understanding of SEN or additional needs (desirable)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, flexible and proactive attitude
