Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day

We are recruiting Classroom Support Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools in the Sleaford area.

This rewarding role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping children reach their full potential in a engaging learning environment.

• Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

• Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities

• Support pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis

• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

• Assist with classroom preparation and behaviour management

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (preferred)

• A patient, proactive, and supportive attitude

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent (desirable but not essential)

• A passion for education and making a positive impact
