Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day

We are always recruiting caring and dedicated Classroom Support Assistants to work within a range of friendly and supportive primary schools across the Grantham area.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping pupils thrive in a positive and inclusive learning environment while supporting teachers in the classroom.

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons

• Work one-to-one or with small groups of pupils to provide additional learning support

• Assist with classroom organisation and behaviour management

• Help create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can succeed

• Support pupils' social and emotional development

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (preferred)

• A patient, proactive, and supportive approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent (desirable but not essential)

• A genuine passion for education and helping young learners

• Flexible working options to suit your schedule

• A variety of placements across Grantham and surrounding areas
