Drama Teacher - Secondary School

Medway

ASAP Start (Until End of Academic Year)

Salary - £160 - £250 DOE

Are you a creative and inspiring Drama Teacher looking for your next opportunity in the Medway area? We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Secondary Drama Teacher to join a supportive and vibrant school, starting as soon as possible until the end of the academic year.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate Performing Arts department with strong leadership and a real commitment to student creativity and expression.

The Role:

  • Teaching Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential)
  • Planning and delivering engaging, practical and theory-based lessons
  • Encouraging confidence, creativity and collaboration in students
  • Preparing pupils for performances, assessments and examinations
  • Contributing to extracurricular activities, productions and school events

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Drama at secondary level
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A passion for the performing arts and student development
  • Ability to commit through to the end of the academic year
