Salary - £160 - £250 DOE
Are you a creative and inspiring Drama Teacher looking for your next opportunity in the Medway area? We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Secondary Drama Teacher to join a supportive and vibrant school, starting as soon as possible until the end of the academic year.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate Performing Arts department with strong leadership and a real commitment to student creativity and expression.
The Role:
- Teaching Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential)
- Planning and delivering engaging, practical and theory-based lessons
- Encouraging confidence, creativity and collaboration in students
- Preparing pupils for performances, assessments and examinations
- Contributing to extracurricular activities, productions and school events
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Drama at secondary level
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A passion for the performing arts and student development
- Ability to commit through to the end of the academic year
