Salary: £140 - £220 per day
A welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Canterbury is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Drama Teacher to join their team from April 2026 until the end of the academic year (July 2026).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher to inspire students through performance, creativity and expression within a supportive school environment.
The Role
- Teaching Drama across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Planning and delivering engaging and practical lessons
- Encouraging student creativity, confidence and collaboration
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning environment
- Potentially supporting school productions or extracurricular drama activities
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passionate about performing arts and student engagement
- Available to start April 2026 until the end of the academic year
