Pay: £88.92 - £100.53 per day (dependent on payroll choice)

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide targeted support to students, helping them overcome challenges and thrive in their education.
As an Educational Support Worker, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and group support to students with SEND to help them access the curriculum.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with students to support their academic and emotional development.
- Assist in implementing personalized learning plans tailored to individual needs.
- Support students in developing essential life skills and achieving qualifications such as SATs or GCSEs.
- Collaborate with teachers, clinical professionals, and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:
- Have experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEND or additional needs.
- Be patient, empathetic, and skilled in building strong relationships with students.
- Be adaptable and resilient when working in challenging situations.
- Be committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of students.
