We are working with a vibrant and supportive specialist SEN school located in central Northamptonshire, who are dedicated to providing a nurturing, structured, and inspiring environment for children and young people with SEMH needs and associated challenges. The school are looking for a dedicated full time English Teacher to join their thriving team, supporting students with ongoing SEMH needs who are unable to access mainstream education.

This role is full time (Monday-Friday) and the role would commence as soon as possible depending on the correct candidate. The successful candidate will withhold the following:

• QTS, PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Ability to teach up to GCSE level.
• A motivating, adaptable teaching style.
• Commitment to inclusive and aspirational education.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
