The Role:

  • Leading whole-class lessons across KS2 in the teacher's absence.

  • Providing small-group and one-to-one interventions to support pupil progress.

  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to create an engaging learning environment.

  • Receiving PPA time to plan and prepare effectively.
