Hold a recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum
Be confident delivering pre-planned lessons and interventions across different year groups
Support the class teacher with planning and assessment
Have excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners effectively
Be adaptable, proactive, and committed to making a difference in education
