Key Stage 1 Teacher - Primary School in Woodhall Spa

Location: Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire
Start Date: April 2025
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Part-time available for the right candidate)
Salary: £31,600 - £43,607 per annum

Simply Education is looking for a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Woodhall Spa. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to inspire and nurture young learners in Key Stage 1.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality lessons that align with the Key Stage 1 curriculum
• Creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for Year 1 and Year 2 pupils
• Assessing and tracking pupil progress, ensuring all children reach their full potential
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and senior leadership to enhance pupil outcomes
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 1
• A strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and early childhood development
• Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate young learners
• A commitment to delivering high-quality education and supporting individual pupil needs
• The flexibility to work full-time or part-time, depending on suitability
