As a KS2 TA, you will provide essential support to teachers and pupils across the classroom. You will work closely with teachers to help students achieve their learning goals, maintain a positive classroom atmosphere, and support pupils' development both academically and personally.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities

• Supporting small groups or individual pupils as needed

• Helping to maintain a safe, organised, and positive learning environment

• Encouraging pupils to stay engaged and motivated in their learning

• Assisting with classroom resources and daily routines
