SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity - High Wycombe 🌟

We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join the supportive schools we work with in High Wycombe. 📚 About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with special educational needs both inside and outside the classroom. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure pupils receive the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN
Assisting teachers in delivering inclusive lessons and activities
Supporting pupils with learning, emotional, and behavioural needs
Helping to create a safe, positive, and structured classroom environment
Encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement in learning
