As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with special educational needs both inside and outside the classroom. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure pupils receive the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN

• Assisting teachers in delivering inclusive lessons and activities

• Supporting pupils with learning, emotional, and behavioural needs

• Helping to create a safe, positive, and structured classroom environment

• Encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement in learning
