HLTA Opportunity - Start After Easter | High Wycombe 🌟

Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and welcoming school environment? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated HLTA to join one of the fantastic schools we support in High Wycombe, starting after the Easter holidays.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and enjoys supporting both teachers and pupils to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

📚 About the Role

As an HLTA, you will play an important role in supporting the teaching team and helping pupils achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers, support small groups of students, and at times may be required to lead lessons or cover classes when needed.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities

  • Leading small group sessions to support pupil learning

  • Occasionally covering classes and delivering planned lessons

  • Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic school environment and wants to make a real impact on students' learning and development.

👤 Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

  • Have HLTA status or relevant experience in a similar role

  • Have at least 1 year of teaching or classroom experience in the UK

  • Be confident supporting lessons and leading small groups

  • Have strong communication and classroom management skills

  • Be passionate about supporting children's education and development
