Simply Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Lincoln to recruit an experienced and passionate KS2 Class Teacher for a Year 3 & 4 mixed class. This is a long-term, full-time role starting in September 2025, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for a Year 3 & 4 mixed ability class.

• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports academic progress and personal development.

• Use formative and summative assessment to track progress and adapt teaching accordingly.

• Collaborate with the wider school team to maintain high teaching standards and contribute to whole-school initiatives.

• Promote and maintain excellent behaviour management using consistent, positive strategies.

• Establish strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to foster a supportive learning community.

• Participate in staff meetings, school events, and contribute to extra-curricular opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.

• Understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum.

• High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.

• A reflective and adaptable teaching approach to meet individual pupil needs.

Salary is in line with the Main Pay Scale (M1-M6)
