Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Lincoln & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £82.02 - £96.96 per day

Simply Education are working with schools in the Lincoln area who are looking for dedicated and supportive Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their teams. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils, providing additional support to help them succeed both academically and socially.

What you'll do:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional learning needs

• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities

• Encourage and promote positive behaviour and engagement in lessons

• Support pupils' emotional, social, and educational development

• Help create an inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environment

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with children (school, childcare, or similar setting)

• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• An up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
