Level 2 Nursery Practitioner - Medway

Simply Education are currently working with welcoming nurseries across Medway who are looking for caring and enthusiastic Level 2 Nursery Practitioners to join their teams. These roles are ideal for someone who is passionate about early years education and enjoys supporting young children as they learn, play and develop.

The Role:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support the day-to-day running of the nursery and help create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment for children. You'll work closely with colleagues to deliver fun, stimulating activities that support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting children's learning through play and structured activities

  • Helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive nursery environment

  • Assisting with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities

  • Observing and supporting children's development

  • Working closely with other staff to ensure high standards of care and safeguarding

Requirements:

  • Level 2 qualification in Childcare / Early Years

  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

  • A genuine passion for supporting young children's development

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • A positive, reliable and proactive approach
