Key Tasks:
Safeguard pupils and promote their welfare.
Encourage positive behaviour and focus.
Build strong relationships to foster personal and academic growth.
Help deliver lessons and adjust activities as needed to reinforce learning.
Requirements:
Level 2 qualification in education or special needs.
Experience as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant working with students with special needs is preferred.
Basic ICT skills for communication and record-keeping.
A proactive approach to assisting students.
