Maths Teacher, Brentwood, Essex

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Mathematics to join a successful and forward-thinking department. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner or an Early Career Teacher with the potential to become an outstanding professional.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for mathematics and for teaching the subject in a way that is engaging, inclusive, and challenging. They will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons across all key stages, ensuring that students of all abilities are supported to make strong progress and develop confidence, resilience, and curiosity in mathematics.

You will use a range of teaching strategies to promote deep understanding and mastery, adapting lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners. A commitment to high expectations, effective assessment, and reflective practice is essential. You will contribute to curriculum development, share good practice within the department, and work collaboratively to drive continued improvement in outcomes.
