Job Title: Nursery Nurse / Childcare Practitioner - Lincoln
Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas
Pay: £16.16 to £22.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years

• Supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum

• Assisting with feeding, personal care, and daily routines

• Encouraging positive behaviour and social development

• Communicating effectively with staff, children, and parents

• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to safeguarding policies

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent)

• Have experience working within a nursery or early years setting

• Are flexible, reliable, and passionate about working with young children

• Can adapt to different settings and work well as part of a team
