Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 1:30pm, Term-time only

21st April 2026 - 22nd July 2026 (potentially ongoing)

Simply Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming primary school located on the outskirts of Louth, Lincolnshire.

This is a part-time position within a Key Stage 1 (KS1) classroom, combining both 1:1 support and general classroom Teaching Assistant responsibilities. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on pupils' learning and development in a supportive school environment.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 support for a pupil, helping to engage them in learning activities
• Assist the class teacher with delivering lessons and managing the classroom
• Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting children in an educational setting
• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young learners

Desirable:

• Experience supporting children with Autism (ASD / ASC)
