Teaching Assistant - KS1 (Part-Time, Flexible)
Location: Market Rasen, Lincolnshire
21st April 2026 - 22nd July 2026

Simply Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming primary school in the Market Rasen area of Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a Key Stage 1 (KS1) classroom, supporting young learners during a crucial stage of their development.

The Role:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis to support pupil progress
• Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour management
• Helping to create a positive, nurturing learning environment

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children in a primary school setting
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA) are desirable but not essential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
