The Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated PE Teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality physical education lessons across Key Stage 3-4 Secondary and promote healthy, active lifestyles among all students.



Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging PE lessons aligned with the national curriculum.

  • Encourage participation in a range of sports and physical activities.

  • Contribute to the development of the school's extracurricular sports programme, including clubs, fixtures, and events.

  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

  • Promote inclusion and ensure all students have access to physical education.

  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.



About You

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Physical Education or Sports Science.

  • Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for sport and physical activity.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
