• Support children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on experience

• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities

• Provide one-to-one or small group support where needed

• Foster a inclusive and positive learning environment

• Assist with classroom preparation and behaviour management

• Has previous experience supporting children in a primary school setting

• Holds a relevant qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, TA certificate, or equivalent)

• Demonstrates patience, creativity, and strong communication skills

• Works well as part of a team and shows initiative in the classroom

• Is committed to helping children thrive academically and emotionally

• Supportive staff and leadership team who value every member of the school community
