About the Role

As a Secondary School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, supporting students in developing their subject knowledge, and helping them achieve their academic potential. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in your subject area

  • Create a positive and engaging classroom environment

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support improvement

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

  • Encourage students to develop confidence, curiosity, and a passion for learning

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching in UK secondary schools

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their best

  • The ability to adapt to different school environments and teaching styles
