Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Are you a fully qualified teacher looking for a new role?

Simply Education is currently working with an SEMH school in Scunthorpe to recruit dedicated and resilient Teachers to join their team. This will be a full time position and starting as soon as possible. As a teacher in an SEMH provision, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students with SEMH needs. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working in SEMH, SEN, or a similar educational setting.

  • A high level of resilience and the ability to manage and support challenging behaviour in a calm and effective manner.

  • A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring young people.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified teacher status

  • Strong understanding of SEMH and related behavioural strategies.

  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
