Pay: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (dependent on experience and role)

We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in the Grantham area. This role is ideal for those looking for flexible, ongoing opportunities to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities

• Assist pupils individually or in small groups to enhance learning

• Promote positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive classroom environment

• Work collaboratively with class teachers and school staff

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a school or classroom setting (preferred)

• Patient, adaptable, and proactive

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing
